Audubon Park Auction October 19, 2010

Let The Bidding Begin!

The Audubon Park Auction is set for October 19, 2010! it is 3 weeks away and all 25 units are available to preview.

3 weeks is not a long time! The most important part in participating in the Auction is Financing!

Audubon Park’s in-house mortgage lender is MetLife. MetLife is offering FHA Financing to qualified applicants!

FHA financing allows the applicant to put down 3.5% for Down Payment and offering a mortgage contingency to the P & S. Lastly, MetLife is offering $1,000 towards Closing Costs.

This is in addition to our offer of giving back $1,000 to you towards your Closing Costs as well. Closing costs can be very expensive, so if you plan on participating in the Auction, Call Us and save an additional $1,000.00!

As a reminder, please note that in order to qualify with my added bonus of $1,000.00 you must view the property for the first time with either myself or my colleague, Bobby Woofter. If you view this property without either myself or Bobby Woofter, you will not qualify for the additional $1000.

This is the 4th Auction I will be participating in and let me tell you what a blast it is!

The starting bids for the 25 units will begin at $195K (2 Studios) 5 One Bedrooms starting bids begin at $225K. 11 Two Bedroom One Baths stating bids $285K-$305K and lastly, 7 Two Bedroom Two Baths starting bids $315K-$325K. All 25 Unit starting bids are ranging 46% – 59% slash from the original listed prices.

If you have been thinking about buying, or have been looking for that “great deal” the Audubon Park Auction is your opportunity! Keep in mind, if you bid and don’t win, you don’t lose anything!
