Renting part 3:Boston Apartments

Brownstone: a brownstone will typically be over 100 years old, a maximum of 5 stories and will be full of Boston charm. Along with the charm typically comes drafty windows, some manner of infestation, slanted floors, and finishes from the early 80’s. Narrow hallways, pipes noisy enough to convince you that your apartment is haunted and steam heat that has 2 settings: tropical and off….oh, and plenty of flights of stairs to walk up.
