I was showing some lofts today in the Seaport District. This one had a cool thing going on with the mirrors. This unit is in the Sleeper Street lofts which is a condo building that has rentals come up from time to time.

Luxury condo sales are up 9% in the 2nd Quarter of 2010. Buyers are taking advantage of opportunities offered by luxury condo developments in the Boston area.
