She just completed her first transaction in a 2 for 1 deal where she first acted as the seller’s agent at 93 Victoria Heights, Hyde Park, for the highest amount in the complex (by far) at $365,000. This was a 55+ deed restricted property with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. And in a quick turnaround, she then became the buyer’s agent at 15 Coach Lane, Dedham MA. The property sold for $720,000.
